The service

IzPDF provides browser based document tools operated by [Company legal name]. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• Only upload documents you own or are authorised to process.
• Do not use the unlock tool to remove protection from documents you have no right to open.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not upload malware or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Plans and trials

Free accounts may run a limited number of tasks per day with file size limits, and some results include an IzPDF watermark. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Paddle. A trial of [7] days is available once per customer and converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to Paddle's buyer terms and applicable consumer law.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Always keep your own copy of any original document before processing it.
