Who we are

IzPDF is operated by [Company legal name], registered at [address], reachable at privacy@izpdf.com. We act as the data controller for account data and as a processor for the documents you upload.

What we process

• Documents you upload, only for as long as needed to run the task you requested.
• Account data: email address, hashed password, plan and billing status.
• Technical data: a session identifier, a hashed combination of IP address and browser agent used to enforce the free daily limit, and aggregated usage counts per tool.

Retention

Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically one hour after processing on the free plan and 24 hours on Pro. Deletion is enforced by a scheduled job that removes the objects from storage. Account records are kept until you delete your account, after which they are removed within 30 days, except where tax law requires us to keep invoice records.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and reseller of our subscriptions. Paddle receives your billing details directly and we never see or store your card data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@izpdf.com. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We set a session cookie when you sign in and an anonymous identifier used to count free daily tasks. Analytics, when enabled, is cookieless and aggregated. Advertising, when enabled on free pages, is provided by third parties who may set their own cookies as described in their policies.
