Is IzPDF safe? File privacy and security
How IzPDF handles uploads over TLS, short file retention, isolated workers, and payments without storing card numbers.
Transport and processing
Uploads and downloads use TLS. Jobs run on isolated workers that only receive the files needed for your task.
Retention
Outputs and inputs expire automatically after a short window. Free retention is shorter than Pro history. Do not treat IzPDF as long-term cloud storage for archives.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by our merchant of record. IzPDF does not store full card numbers. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms for legal detail.
Questions
- Who can download my file?
- Downloads require your session cookie or account ownership for owned files. Anonymous uploads are bound to the browser identity used for that session.
- Do you train AI on my PDFs?
- Files are processed to complete the tool you selected and then deleted on schedule. See the Privacy Policy for the current data practices statement.
