Upload your file to Edit PDF. Use the toolbar to edit existing text, insert new text, highlight, draw, add shapes, or place images. Undo and redo keep experiments safe.
Scanned pages
Image-only scans do not expose real text. Run OCR first if you need to search or edit words that were only pixels before.
Apply and download
When annotations look right, run the job and download. Continue with Sign or Protect from the result panel if the document still needs a signature or password.
Questions
- Can I edit every font perfectly?
- Embedded fonts and complex layouts vary. Simple text edits work well; heavy redesigns may need a Word export after PDF to Word.
- Is Edit available on free?
- Edit tools are available in Studio; some advanced quotas and watermark rules follow your plan. Check Pricing for Pro limits.
