Learn how to upload a PDF, pick a tool, download the result, and when to create a free IzPDF account.
Pick a tool and upload
Open any tool from the home page, Tools directory, or dashboard. Drop a PDF (or images/Office files where the tool allows), set options, and run the job. Processing happens on our workers; you download when the status shows done.
Free plan basics
You can use IzPDF without signing up for light tasks. Creating a free account keeps results longer, unlocks dashboard history, and lets you start a Pro trial when you need higher limits.
Studio vs marketing pages
Tool landing pages explain features and SEO answers. The Studio (/app/…) is the workspace where you upload, preview, and download. After a job finishes, continue with another tool or start over from the result panel.
When something fails
Check file size and type against the tool’s limits, try a smaller sample, or unlock a password-protected PDF first. If a scan will not convert or translate, run OCR before the next step.
Questions
- Do I need an account for every task?
- No. Guests can run free tasks within daily limits. An account is required for Pro, longer retention, and email verification features.
- Where do I find all tools?
- Visit /tools or the left rail in Studio and the dashboard for Compress, Convert, Organize, Edit, Sign, Secure, OCR, and Translate.
