Account, email verification, and notifications
Verify your email, manage promotional notifications, reset passwords, and keep your IzPDF account secure.
Verify your email
After signup, open the verification link we send. Unverified accounts see a dashboard banner with a shortcut to resend the message.
Promotional emails
In Dashboard → Settings you can disable promotional emails related to your account. Transactional mail (verification, password reset) still sends when required for security.
Password reset
Use Forgot password on the login page. The reset link expires for safety—request a new one if it times out.
Questions
- I did not get the verification email
- Check spam, confirm the address, and use Resend from the verify page. Corporate filters sometimes delay first-time senders.
- How do I delete my account?
- Contact support@izpdf.com from the address on the account if you need deletion help while self-serve delete is being expanded in Settings.
