How do I write page ranges?

Use commas between ranges, for example 1-3,5,9-12. Each range becomes its own output file.

Can I extract non-consecutive pages into one PDF?

Yes. Pick the Extract mode and list the pages you need, such as 2,5,11.

What happens to bookmarks?

Page content, text layers and images are preserved. Document level bookmarks that point outside the extracted range are dropped.
